红景天中含红景天苷量的测定

摘要

A stable and reliable method with good separation degree was set up to determine the content of Salidroside in Rhodiola crenulata .The investigation was performed by HPLC , and the chromatographic column was BDS HYPERSIL -C18 (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm). Gradient elution was applied with acetonitrile -0 .03% phosphoric acid as mobile phase . The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The determine wavelength was 275 nm.The temperature of the column was 30 ℃.The results indicated that in the range of 1 .25~10 μg the injection volume had a good linear relationship , and the average recovery was 98.16% and the RSD value was 0.89%.This method with good separating degree is accurate and reliable , which can be used for the quality evaluation of Rhodiola rosea .%为建立一个稳定可靠分离度好的方法测定红景天中含红景天苷的量．采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为BDS HYPERSIL-C18（4．6 mm ×250 mm，5μm）；以乙腈-0．03％磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱；流速1．0 mL/min；检测波长275 nm；柱温30℃．结果表明，红景天苷的进样量在1．25～10μg范围内有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为98．16％，RSD为0．89％．该方法准确、可靠、分离度好，可用于红景天的质量评价．
