螺旋桨-冰切削过程中接触载荷试验

         

摘要

冰对螺旋桨的碰撞是一个非常复杂的过程,经常导致螺旋桨桨叶发生变形和损坏,影响了船舶的航行安全.为了研究螺旋桨-冰的切削和碰撞,本文在空气中和水中分别开展了不同模型冰推送速度、切削深度、螺旋桨转速和进速系数下螺旋桨-冰的切削试验,测量了螺旋桨的推力和扭矩.试验结果表明:螺旋桨-冰在空气中切削时,切削深度越深,螺旋桨的推力越小,扭矩越大;模型冰推送速度越快,螺旋桨的推力和扭矩越大.螺旋桨-冰在水中切削时,切削深度越深,螺旋桨的推力和扭矩越大;模型冰推送速度的变化对螺旋桨推力和扭矩的影响很小;螺旋桨-冰之间的距离减小时,螺旋桨的推力和扭矩并不是恒定增加的.%The collision of ice on a propeller is a very complicated occurrence , which often leads to deformation and damage of propeller blades , and affects the navigation and safety of a ship.To study propeller-ice milling and colli-sion, in this paper, milling tests of propeller-ice were separately carried out in air and water with different pushing speeds, milling depth of model ice , revolution speeds, and advance coefficients of propeller.The thrust and torque of the propeller were measured.The results show that in the process of propeller-ice milling in air, the deeper the milling depth, the smaller the thrust , and the greater the torque.Furthermore, when the pushing speed of the mod-el ice was faster , the thrust and torque of the propeller were greater.During propeller-ice milling in water, the dee-per the milling depth, the greater the thrust and torque of the propeller.With a change in the pushing speed of the model ice, the increment of the thrust and torque of the propeller is not obvious , and they do not constantly in-crease when the distance between the propeller and ice reduces.
