教师队伍建设是高校软实力的重要体现，对高校的转型发展起着至关重要的作用。但地方本科高校的教师队伍建设存在机制不合理、整体素质较低等一系列问题，极不适应高校转型发展的需要。因此应该从教师和学校两方面入手，就教师而言，应积极转变教育理念，探索新的教学方法，使自己适应学校转型发展的需要；就学校而言，要敢于创新教师管理机制，优化师资队伍建设，构建促进转型发展的教师队伍。%Teachers are important manifestation of the universities’soft power. Teachers reconstruction is so important to colleges’and universities’transition. But many problems still exist, such as unreasonable mechanism, lack of competence and so on, which will have an adverse impact on the transformation of local col⁃leges and universities. Reform starts from both teachers and schools:the teachers should actively adapt to new educational philosophy, explore new teaching methods to meet the needs of the school;the schools should inno⁃vate management mechanism, optimize the construction of teaching team to promote the development of teach⁃ers.
