“校企生”三赢的顶岗实习模式探讨

         

摘要

目前,很多高职院校采用“2+1”培养模式,学生顶岗实习时间长达一学年,该模式对提高学生实践能力起到非常重要的作用,但在实施过程中也存在一些问题。文章以广州城市职业学院物流管理专业的顶岗实习模式为例,通过调查研究当前顶岗实习存在的问题以及成功经验,提出“校企生”三赢的顶岗实习模式,并提出了相应的组织保障措施。%Currently many vocational colleges adopt the training mode of“2+1”. Students’practice time is at most up to a whole year. This mode plays a very important role in improving students’practical ability. But there are some problems in the implementation process as well. Taking the practice mode of Logistics Management major,Guangzhou City Polytechnic as an example,this paper proposes“College-Enterprise-Students”multi-wins and suggests relevant measures which are important in the organization process to guarantee students’practice in the companies through survey.
