中国公民出境旅游不文明行为报道的调适效果研究

     

摘要

The reports of uncivilized behavior Chinese citizen's outbound tourism are often published in the media ,w hich trigger a public discussion of citizen quality .With the deepening of the discussion and the con‐tinuous improvement of citizen quality ,people begin to rethink the connotation of "uncivilized behavior", However ,the media has not changed its thought and still blindly reports the appearance of uncivilized behav‐ior .Due to public's attribution bias ,negative effects of the uncivilized behavior's reports have appeared .Based on grounded theory ,this article collects the uncivilized behavior's reports about Chinese citizens'outbound tourism from mainstream network media and online comments and posts from January 2004 to December 2013 ,w hich constructs the attribution model that can explain the report's effect .In addition ,the article con‐ducts a quantitative analysis to discuss the deep mechanism of the model and tries to find out an optimal re‐porting paradigm which can make public accept these reports as well as create a positive effect .%指出了随着中国公民出境旅游不文明行为讨论的不断深入及公民素质的不断提高,公众开始反思“不文明行为”的内涵,但是由于媒体没有改变报道思路,仍然一味地对不文明行为的表象进行报道,结果由于公众的归因偏差,开始出现不文明行为报道的负效果。运用扎根理论,通过收集2004~2013年媒体对出境旅游不文明行为的报道及网上评论的帖子,构建了可以解释报道效果的归因模型,并辅以一定的定量分析,探讨了这个模型形成的深层机理,试图找出既能让人们接受这些报道,又可以产生积极效果的最佳报道范式。
