The Lu Tusi culture of Yongdeng county in Gansu province has a long history and has had a great impact in history.After years of efforts, Yongdeng county has made great achievements in the development and utilization of Lu Tusi cultural resources.However, due to the lack of in-depth development, the utilization rate, popularity and recognition of Lu Tusi cultural resources are low, and the brand effect of Lu Tusi cultural tourism is not obvious.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the development of historical and cultural resources of Lu Tusi, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of multi-party participation mechanism, the linkage development of characteristic tourism resources, the improvement of service facilities and the broadening of communication forms.%甘肃永登鲁土司文化源远流长, 在历史上产生过较大影响.永登县经过多年努力, 在鲁土司文化资源开发与利用方面取得了较大成就, 但因缺乏深度开发, 导致鲁土司文化资源利用率、知名度和认同度低, 土司文化旅游品牌效应尚不明显.本文对鲁土司历史文化资源开发中存在的问题进行了分析, 并在其基础上提出了构建多方参与机制、特色旅游资源联动开发、提高服务设施层次、拓宽传播形式等几点建议.
