肉豆蔻酸铜超疏水表面化学结构及其性能分析

         

摘要

通过以肉豆蔻酸-乙醇为疏水剂,采用简单一步法在金属铜表面上构筑超疏水薄膜,经过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、接触角测量仪和防垢性能测试技术分析,结果表明,铜试样表面形成树枝状的肉豆蔻酸盐微簇,接触角达到了160°,并且具有较好的抗结垢性能;肉豆蔻酸-乙醇溶液的浓度、浸泡时间、浸泡温度对构筑铜试样表面的超疏水性起着关键性的影响。研究结果有利于更好地理解肉豆蔻酸铜表面超疏水性复合材料的形成机理,对有色金属超疏水材料的制备提供新的设计思路。%We construct super hydrophobic films on the surface of metallic copper by simple one-step method. The technical analysis includes scanning of electron microscope,contact angle measurement and antifouling per-formance test.The result shows that dendritic myristic acid micro-clusters were formed on the surface of copper specimen.The contact angle reached 160°and the antifouling performance was nice.Three elements played a key role in constructing hydrophobicity on the surface of copper specimen.The three elements were the concentra-tion of ethanol solution with myristic acid,soaking time and soaking temperature.These results aid ourunder-standing of the formation of superhydrophobic myristic acid copper composites,and the design of superhydro-phobic of non-ferrous metals materials.
