航天发射场地面设施设备可靠性工作研究

摘要

High reliability of the ground facilities and equipment in spaceflight launch site is es-sential for the test and launch of space mission .The current situation of ground facilities and equip-ment reliability works in spaceflight launch site is analyzed ,the main problems that restrict the relia-bility work are discussed ,and in terms of reliability management system ,reliability design ,rapid de-tection and maintenance ,reliability data accumulation ,as well as reliability key technology ,five sug-gestions are proposed for the purpose of promoting the reliability work organizing and developing ,and the improving of reliability level .%航天发射场地面设施设备的高可靠性对于保障航天任务的测试发射具有重要意义。分析了航天发射场地面设施设备可靠性工作的现状，探讨了可靠性工作中的主要问题，从可靠性管理体系、可靠性设计、快速检测维修、可靠性数据积累、可靠性关键技术等5个方面对开展可靠性工作提出了建议。对促进发射场可靠性工作的组织和开展，推动地面设施设备可靠性水平的提高具有积极作用。
