输变电工程利益相关方利益均衡分配研究

摘要

With the further development of electricity transmission project construction,during construction,interests allocation has been closely watched by domestic experts of the electricity transmission project,the lack of fair and efficient revenue allocation method is very important factor. Based on stakeholder theory and stakeholder satisfaction,this paper fully consider all stakeholders' resource input,risk sharing and stakeholder satisfaction factors,based on Shapley Value distribution model,combined distribution of benefits compensation mechanism,Nash negotiation model,etc.,an interests allocation among stakeholders is built. The model is validated by an example..%随着输变电工程建设进一步发展,在建设过程中,输变电工程项目的利益分配问题得到了国内专家学者的密切关注,缺乏兼顾公平和效率的收益分配方法是很重要的因素之一.基于利益相关者理论和利益相关者满意,在Shapley值法分配模型的基础上,充分考虑各利益相关方的资源投入、风险分摊和利益相关者满意度等因素结合利益分配补偿机制,Nash 协商模型等等,研究输变电工程项目最终的利益分配模型.并将建立的模型应用到工程实例中,验证了模型的可行性和有效性.
