儿童功能性磁共振显像研究

         

摘要

Being a new and advanced scientific apparatus, Magnetic Resonance Imaging ( MRI) has confirmed the close relationship between brain activation and behaviour. However, it was introduced in a pioneering project ( The utilization of neuro-cognitive science for the improvement of language education in Hong Kong) to gather neuroscientific data for teaching and learning. To collect accurate data, fMRI (functional MRI) requires the participants to lie motionless during the scanning process. Hence, children are particularly difficult to be involved in fMRI studies given their fidget. The author hoped to share her experience in conducting children-targeted fMRI study with fellow researchers. This paper introduced briefly the mechanism of fMRI and discussed the proper techniques on conducting fMRI study on children.%作为一个新的顶尖科技产物,磁共振仪器已无数次证明了大脑活动与行为之间有紧密的关系,然而其作为神经科学仪器之用于研究教育上,本研究计划却是先驱者.为了让磁共振仪器得出准确的数据,受试者需要长时间保持安定,故此类以磁共振仪器为主的实验对难以长期保持静止的学童来说在实行上尤为艰难.作者希望将其在本研究计划所获得的宝贵经验与各位同仁分享.本文首先简单介绍功能性磁共振仪器如何测量大脑功能;跟诸位讨论学童作为磁共振实验受试者时研究者需要特别注意的事项;最后描述本研究计划在以学童为对象的功能性磁共振方面的实验.
