图示工具在协作学习中的影响*--基于协作学习项目的调查

     

摘要

为关注图示工具在学习中的影响,通过调查图示工具在协作学习情境下的应用,了解影响学习者使用图示工具的主要因素及其作用路径。先基于理论提出假定,再借用技术接受度模型之影响因素及其量表,依托中美合作的研究生课程进行调查,最后结合数据分析与理论分析得出结论。主要的发现有:影响学习者图示行为意向主要因素包括:任务相关性、产品质量、结果示范和感知有用性,与计算机自我效能感、计算机娱悦性、感知愉悦性和感知易用性。因素路径中尤以任务相关性对感知有用性的作用和计算机自我效能感对感知易用性的作用甚强;而在经验形成阶段,感知易用性对图示意向的作用比感知有用性显著,且感知易用性对感知有用性有较强的作用。英语听说水平与图示工具的使用无显著关系。此外,对使用图示工具的早期干预是必要的,也是重要的;社群影响在同类研究中值得关注。%The diagram tool applied in collaborative learning is studied in the paper. The process of application of diagram tool into collaborative learning is explored to know the influencing factors and factor-paths when learners use diagram tool through a sur-vey conducted in a project between Chinese-American students. The hypothesis based on theory is put forward, and the data by TAM3 scale are collected, and then the conclusion is drawn with analysis. The main findings show that the main factors influencing learnersˊ behavioral intention include task relevance, output quality, result demonstrability and perceived usefulness, as well as com-puter self-efficacy, computer playfulness, computer entertainment and perceived ease of use. As to factor-paths, the effects of task relevance are stronger than those of perceived usefulness, computer self-efficacy and perceived ease of use. In the earlier stage of ex-perience, perceived ease of use plays a more significant role in behavioral intention than perceived usefulness, and has a stronger ef-fect than perceived usefulness. The English proficiency in speaking and listening has nothing to do with the usage of diagram tool. In addition, the early intervention in the use of diagram tools is necessary as well as important, and the social influence is worth paying close attention in the study of this kind.
