人乳头瘤病毒分子流行病学及临床相关疾病诊疗进展

摘要

Human papilloma virus (HPV) infection is a common sexually transmitted infections (STI), but the HPV biology gene subtype is plentiful, and some gene subtype can cause cancer, and clinical infection is diversity and complexity, leading to improved difficulty of the clinical diagnosis and treatment.In order to better diagnose and treat the virus, the molecular epidemiological characteristics and clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease were reviewed.%人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染是一种非常普遍的性传播感染(STI), 但HPV生物基因亚型较多,而且一些基因亚型可致癌,临床感染具有多样性和复杂性,提高了临床诊疗难度,为了更好地对该病毒进行诊断、治疗,现就该病毒的分子流行病学特征及临床相关疾病诊疗情况进行综述.
