铁路货车转向架摇枕结构拓扑优化设计

         

摘要

利用HyperWorks/OptiStruct软件,采用密度法在应力约束条件下对铁路货车转向架摇枕进行结构拓扑优化,以拓扑优化得到的密度云图作为参考完成新模型的构建,并验证优化方案的可行性,在满足各种计算载荷工况静强度、刚度要求的基础上,摇枕质量减轻8.6%.为进一步对整车及零部件应用结构拓扑优化设计提供参考.%The structural topological optimization was researched for the bolster of railway wagon based on the density method under the condition of stress constraint by HyperWorks/OptiStruct. On the basis of density contour, the new model was rebuild. Then the feasibility of the method was verified. The results show that the mass is decreased by 8.6% under all kinds of calculation conditions and strength requirment, which provided reference for the further application of topological optimization on the vehicles and parts.
