系统追踪法在精神科护理工作中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨系统追踪法在精神科护理工作的应用效果. 方法 将2014年1月-12月使用传统方法的护理质量控制作为对照组,2015年1月-12月采用系统追踪法的护理质量控制作为研究组,对两组护理质量控制效果进行比较. 结果 研究组护理质量达标情况显著优于对照组(P<0.01),患者满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.01). 结论 系统追踪法能显著提升临床护理质量,提高患者的满意度.%Objective To explore the application effect of systematic tracing method (STM) in psychiatric nursing.Methods Nurses receiving nursing quality control with traditional method from Jan.to Dec.2014 were assigned to control group and ones did that with STM from Jan.to Dec.2015 to research group, effects of nursing quality control compared between 2 groups.Results The condition of being up to the standard was better (P<0.01) and satisfaction rate higher (P<0.01) in research than in control group.Conclusion STM could notably boost clinical nursing quality and patients' satisfaction.
