目的 探讨PBL应用于肿瘤外科护理教学查房中的效果.方法 将实习护生按学校分组,以其为主体,选择典型病例,应用PBL模式进行教学查房.结果 通过以护生为主体的PBL教学模式提高了护理教学查房的质量,有效启发扩散护生的临床思维能力,但PBL教学模式需花费师生较多精力.结论 PBL教学模式提高护生整体素质,更好地培养护生的临床工作综合能力.全面提高了临床护士的临床教学能力.%Objective To discuss the effect of "PBL" teaching mode for nursing teaching round in surgical oncology department. Methods nursing students as the main body were grouped according to the school,they selected typical cases so as to using "PBL" teaching mode in teaching ward rounds. Results nursing student as the main body of "PBL" teaching mode for nursing teaching round,it was improved the quality of nursing teaching round,effectively inspired proliferation of clinical thinking ability in nursing student,but PBL teaching mode took more energy to teachers and students. Conclusion PBL teaching mode improve the overall quality of the nursing students,and it is better for training the comprehensive ability of nursing students in clinical work. It is comprehensively improved the clinical teaching ability of the clinical nurse.
