优质护理对钬激光治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨优质护理在钬激光治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤围术期中的临床效果。方法收集65例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者按是否愿意接受优质护理分为实验组40例和对照组25例，对照组患者给予常规护理，实验组患者在常规护理的基础上加施优质护理，比较2组患者的围术期临床指标、并发症、复发与满意度评价等。结果实验组患者术中出血量、手术时间、导管滞留时间、住院时间与医疗费用显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）；实验组患者尿路感染、膀胱痉挛与膀胱穿孔发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；实验组患者尿路狭窄发生率与复发率略低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；实验组患者护理满意度评价显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论优质护理干预在钬激光治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤围术期中的临床效果显著，具有深远的意义。%Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of the quality of care in the holmium laser treatment of superficial bladder cancer.Methods A total of 65 superficial bladder cancer pa-tients willing to accept high-quality care were divided into experimental group with 40 patients and control group with 25 patients.The control group was treated with routine care while the ex-perimental group was given quality care on the basis of routine care.Clinical parameters,complica-tions,relapse and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The blood loss,operative time,catheter retention time,length of hospital stay and medical costs in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group,there was a significant difference (P <0.01).Urinary tract infection bladder spasms and bladder perforation the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05).The incidence of urinary tract stenosis and the relapse rate in the experimental group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference (P >0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,there was a significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion The effect of quality of nursing intervention in holmium laser treatment of superficial bladder cancer is significant,it is of far-reaching significance.
