目的:观察针刀针切正常小白鼠股部大转子下定点部位的骨骼肌及筋膜的微观结构变化,为针刀医学治疗学的基础机理研究提供形态学依据.方法:将26只小白鼠分为空白对照组、针刀干预组1、针刀干预组2、针刀干预组3和针刀干预组4,其中空白对照组2只,其他针刀干预组各6只,对各组进行相应干预后,采用病理学HE常规染色方法,观察股部大转子下定点部位的各组骨骼肌及筋膜组织微观结构.结果:通过HE染色,观察到针刀干预下小白鼠股部大转子下定点部位的正常骨骼肌及筋膜组织,出现了以血管为中心、巨噬细胞聚集的反应性炎变,以及之后发生的一系列修复过程.结论:针刀针切正常组织所引发的局部反应性炎变,以及之后发生的一系列修复过程,为针刀医学治疗学的基础机理研究提供了形态学依据,具有积极的意义.%Objective: To observe the histological variations of skeletal muscle and fascia cut by acupotomy in fixed sites below the femoral greater trochanter of normal mice in order to provide morphological data for the fundamental mechanism research on acupotomy medical therapeutics. Methods: Twenty - six mice were divided into blank control group, acupotomy - intervened one - day group, acupotomy - intervened two - day group, acupotomy - intervened five - day group, acupotomy - intervened ten - day group, four mice in every group respectively. Tissue micro - structure changes of skeletal muscle and fascia were observed by way of pathology and he-matoxylin and eosin ( HE) staining after the fixed sites below femoral greater trochanter (called fixed sites below ) in 24 mice were intervened by acupotomy. Results: HE staining was employed to qualitatively describe the reparative process of micefe normal tissue stimulated by acupotomy. It was found that normal skeletal muscle and fascia tissue of the mice intervened by acupotomy were a sort of reactive inflammatory change with blood vessels centered and macrophage aggregation, afterwards, a series of reparative processes occurred. Conclusion: Local reactive inflammatory change can be elicited after normal tissue is cut by acupotomy, which has an important significance to the repair of soft tissue injury. The basic mechanism of acuotomy medical therapeutics is illustrated in order to provide the morphological basis from the perspective of the micro - structures of skeletal muscle and fascia.
