两种黄酮醇苷同分异构体的电喷雾质谱区分

摘要

Two flavonol glycoside isomers of Icariside I and Caohuoside C were differentiated by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MSn) method. In the negative ion mode, the two compounds with different glycosyl moieties showed the same ESI-MS spectrum, but obvious different MS2 spectra and thus they can be distinguished rapidly, accurately and easily by ESI-MS.
