针对工业机器人机械手臂的结构特点和性能要求进行了研究,运用PRO/E进行三维实体建模,然后基于ANSYS进行结构分析,根据分析后的结果对所开发的换挡机器人手臂的小臂进行性能分析和结构结构优化设计,解决产品结构性能设计中存在的问题.很大程度上丰富和改善了工业机器人的设计方法.%The industrial robotic arm sturcture and properties are studied, 3D modeling by Pro/E and performance analysis based on ANSYS, According to the analysis of the results to be utilized to optimize the dimension robotic arm of forearm shift performance which were newly developed. This method efficiently resolves the problem during the product design processing and improve the design robot' s design methods.
