一种新型混杂钢纤维增强自密实混凝土的配合比设计方法

         

摘要

The design method of a new hybrid steel fiber self-compacting concrete(HSFSCC) was reported.A set of pastes were optimized to meet the requirements of working performance for 4 different water-binder ratios.Then the content of each component was determined in terms of average thickness of paste layer (ATPL) and sand-fiber ratio.The optimal mixing proportions were determined by mechanical property tests.HSFSCC with the slump over 260 mm,slump flow over 550 mm and total fiber volume fraction equal to 1.50% will be available.The standard cube compressive strength of it could reach up to 114.5 MPa and the flexural strength could rise up to 18.8 MPa after 28 days standard curing.%进行了一种新型混杂钢纤维增强自密实混凝土的配合比设计方法研究.首先以净浆流动度为指标,优选出1组符合要求的净浆配合比;然后根据包裹在钢纤维及砂颗粒表面的平均裹浆厚度(ATPL)以及砂纤比,优选出力学性能和工作性能符合要求的配合比.采用该配合比设计方法可以配制出坍落度大于260 mm,扩展度大于550 mm,纤维总体积分数为1.50%的具有自密实工作性能的混凝土.经28 d标准养护,其抗压强度最高可达114.5 MPa,抗弯强度可达18.8 MPa.
