The method involves transferring concrete or lightweight pre-stressed concrete or self-compacting concrete with steel fiber in an amount of 40 to 100 kilogram per cubic meter. The obtained concrete and steel fiber mixture is introduced into a mold by a steel fiber delivering device, and is hardened in the mold. A mechanical delivery of the steel fiber is taken place horizontal to a continuous wall such that the concrete mixture, where the steel fiber comprises stainless steel and is replaced with plastic fibers. A cylindrical container is produced from steel fiber concrete. An independent claim is also included for a device for delivering steel fiber into concrete.
