浅析高职学生职业素质教育--基于目标管理理论的视角

         

摘要

The level of professional quality education is a key indicator of the employment of higher vocational students. To some extent, it also determines the level of students’ career achievements and sustainable development. How to develop students’ professional quality is a new task of higher vocational education reform. Based on the connotation and characteristics of goal-directed management, this paper attempts to describe the theory, the possibility of practice, speciifc methods and requirements of applying goal-directed management to vocational quality education reform. It provides theoretical support for the improvement of higher vocational education and thus improve students' comprehensive quality, optimize the teaching mode and course content, eventually enable students to be more competitive in job market.%职业素质教育的高低是影响高职学生就业的关键指标,也在某种程度上决定着学生的职业生涯成就的高低以及可持续发展动力。如何开展学生的职业素质教育,是高职院校教育改革的新课题。本文试图从目标管理的内涵、特点出发,阐述运用目标管理理论来创新高职学生职业素质教育的理论基础、现实可能性、具体方法及对策要求,为改进和探索高职职业素质教育提供理论支持,进一步推进学生综合素质的提升,创新和优化教学模式和课程内容,最终达到提高学生的就业竞争力的目的。
