我国土地登记信息公开查询服务系统研究

摘要

土地信息公开查询是我国日益增加的公众对于土地信息需求和政务公开的要求.文章从分析我国现有的土地信息公开查询系统开始,首先研究了土地登记信息公开查询系统开发设计的原则,接着对系统的用户进行分析并进行了分类,明确了各类用户的功能需求,然后在剖析系统需求的基础上对土地信息公开查询系统的功能模块进行划分,并以宁波市土地信息公开查询系统为例对本文的研究结果进行了实证研究,希望能对我国土地信息公开查询系统的开发和研究提供帮助.%Publicizing land information query is the increasing demand of the public for land information and open governmental affairs. This article begins with the analysis of our existing public land information query system. Firstly, it studies the principals in the design of land registration information public query system. Secondly, it analyzes and classifies the system users, thus finds out their functional requirements. Then it classifies the functional modules of land information public query system. In the end, the authors make an empirical study on the result of this article with Ningbo City land information enquiry system as a case study, hoping to offer some help for the development and research of China land information public query system.
