基于规则的土地利用布局优化方法研究——以新疆温泉县为例

摘要

基于规则的土地布局优化方法,以新疆维吾尔自治区温泉县为例,采用GIS技术在建设用地适宜性、区位、点轴理论、开发约束、集约节约、土地转换规则等6方面建立规则,生成规则地图并叠加分析,研究温泉城区土地利用布局优化.在总的规则地图上,完成允许建设区、有条件建设区、限制建设区和禁止建设区划分,从而得到土地利用规划布局建设用地管制分区.%Based on the study by predecessors, a method of land-use layout optimization based on rules was put lorward with Wenquan Lounty in Xinjiang as a case. Multiple rules were built to realize the optimization of the land-use layout based on GIS. The method built maps on the basis of building suitability, location, point-axis theory, development constraints, intensive conservation and land conversion rules. Overlying ruled map one by one, based on which, the overall objective ruled map was produced. We can obtain zoning for regulating the constructive expansion through dividing constructive expansion permitted zone, constructive expansion conditionally-permitted zone, constructive expansion restricted zone and constructive expansion prohibited zone based on total rules map.
