[目的]筛选东北地区防治大豆食心虫的赤眼蜂优势种,以满足大豆食心虫生物防治的需求.[方法]在半自然条件(田间网罩)下,测试不同赤眼蜂对大豆食心虫寄生潜能;在大豆生产田条件下,调查不同赤眼蜂蜂种对大豆食心虫卵寄生率及田间防治效果.[结果]螟黄赤眼蜂对大豆食心虫卵粒校正寄生率为70.1%,防治效果达67.0%.[结论]螟黄赤眼蜂可有效控制大豆食心虫的危害,减少农药的用量,增产增收.%[Objective] To screen the dominant species of Trichogramma against soybean pod borer in the Northeast China Region to meet the needs of biological control for soybean pod borer.[Method] We tested parasitic potential of the different species of Trichogramma on eggs of soybean pod borer under semi-field condition;the parasitic rates and the control efficiency of the different species of Trichogramma against soybean pod borer was surveyed under the condition of soybean production field.[Result] The corrected parasitism of host eggs of Trichogramma chilonis on eggs of soybean pod borer was 70.1%;the mean control efficiency of Trichogramma chilonis against soybean pod borer was 67.0%.[Conclusion] Trichogramma chilonis could effectively control the harm of soybean pod borer, and enhance the yield of soybean and reduce the application amount of pesticide.
