野艾蒿生物学特性研究

         

摘要

[目的]明确恶性杂草野艾蒿的生物学特性.[方法]采用盆栽法,测定了播种深度等因子与野艾蒿生长的关系,并对野艾蒿的生长发育特征及根茎量分布的季节性变化进行了调查.[结果]只要野艾蒿根茎着入土壤即可出苗,野艾蒿根茎离表土层越近出苗越早, 5~10 cm土层是野艾蒿根茎的最适生长环境.主根发育的野艾蒿在株高、根茎长度、生物量方面明显大于侧根所发育的野艾蒿植株.野艾蒿在出苗30 d左右时其株高和叶片数迅速增加,在出苗120 d左右时其株高和叶片数增速则迅速回落.在0~20 cm土层中,野艾蒿根茎量在春夏季节的增长幅度远大于夏秋季节.[结论]该研究结果为野艾蒿的综合防除措施提供了理论依据.%[Objective] The aim was to clarify the biological characteristics of Artemisia lavandulaefolia.[Method] The pot method was used to determine the relationship between sowing depth and other factors with the growth of Artemisia lavandulaefolia.Growth and development character-istics of Artemisia lavandulaefolia and the seasonal changes of rhizome biomass distribution were investigated.[Result] It could germinate as long as the rhizome of Artemisia lavandulaefolia into soil,the germination of rhizome closer to the surface layer was earlier,the soil layer of 5-10 cm was the optimum growth environment.Artemisia lavandulaefolia plant was developed by taproot in plant height,rhizome length and biomass were significantly greater than plant which was developed by lateral root.The height of plant and the number of leaves increased and decreased rapidly when Artemisia lavandulaefolia came out for 30 days and 120 days.In 0-20 cm soil layer,the growth rate of rhizome biomass in spring and sum-mer season was much larger than that in summer and autumn season.[Conclusion] The results provide theoretical basis for the comprehensive control measures of Artemisia lavandulaefolia.
