基于DEA模型的宁夏乳制品加工企业经营效率评价

摘要

利用 DEA 效率评价方法，结合宁夏乳制品加工企业的发展现状，选取了19家乳制品加工企业对其经营效率进行评价和分析。通过企业综合效率和纯技术效率的评价结果可知，宁夏近63%的乳制品加工企业经营效率没有达到最佳的规模效率，主要影响因素中企业规模成为制约企业生产经营效率提高的主要瓶颈。结合企业经营效率的评价结果，提出了提高乳制品加工企业经营效率的政策建议。%With the current situation of development, this paper evaluated the operating efficiency of 19 dairy products processing enterprises in Ningxia by using DEA efficiency evaluation method. Through enterprise comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency results show that nearly 63%of the dairy products processing enterprises in Ningxia did not achieve the best efficiency of scale. The scale factors become the main bottleneck restricting the enterprises operation efficiency. With evaluation results of the efficiency, paper put forward the policy suggestions to improve management efficiency of the dairy products processing enterprises.
