Modern vocational education should integrating the professional with academic ,in order to develop it in the direction which people and society need .Therefore ,we should understand the value ori-entation of modern vocational education fully ,overcome the traditional tendency of vocational education w hich focused on professional ,but looked dow n on academic ,promote the comprehensive balanced de-velopment of modern vocational education professional and academic .%现代职业教育应谋求职业性与学术性的有机结合，使其向着更符合人和社会需要的方向发展。因此，要全面理解现代职业教育的价值取向，克服传统职业教育重职业、轻学术的倾向，促进现代职业教育职业性与学术性的综合平衡发展。
