高职旅游专业顶岗实习改革的困境与对策

         

摘要

高职旅游专业顶岗实习是体现教学质量和水平的重要因素。随着高职旅游专业扩招及对旅游专业人才的新要求,顶岗实习面临以下几个方面的问题:优质实习基地不足,指导力量薄弱;实习评价滞后,考核流于形式;校内外接轨培养不畅,学生职业适应能力较弱;政府缺乏有效的制度和立法保障。因此,高职旅游专业顶岗实习改革应注重校外实训基地的建设,优化顶岗实习过程管理,将校内实训与顶岗实习有效衔接,加强立法保障和政策支持。%Post travel professional practices are an important factor of the quality and level of teaching.With the expansion of Tourism Specialty in Higher Vocational Education and the new requirements of the tourism professional talents with good quality, tourism trainings face many challenges,including lack of professional post practice, lack of guidance;practice evaluation lag, assessment only focus on the form:training outside the school did not do a good job,students’ occupation ability are weak;governments lack of effective institutional and legislative guarantee. Therefore,the reform should focus on the construction of training base outside the internship of Higher Vocational Tourism Maj or,optimizing the internship process management,combining the “practical training”practice effectively with practice,strengthening legislation and policy support.
