国际扫盲教育的追溯及展望——基于《阅读过去,书写未来——扫盲五十年》的分析

2016年是全球扫盲五十周年,联合国教科文组织发布了题为《阅读过去,书写未来——扫盲五十年》的报告.该报告对世界各国过去50年的扫盲历程进行追溯和反思,并对未来扫盲实践进行展望.通过梳理报告产生的背景、主题、主要内容和价值,总结世界各国的扫盲以及扫盲理念发展历程,并概括促进未来扫盲发展的三个关键趋势:可持续发展目标、终身学习和数字社会.该报告不仅对我国扫盲工作起到借鉴作用,为其他国家的扫盲工作提供数据和案例参考,也为当前世界扫盲教育的发展描绘蓝图,更为教育2030目标的实现创造良好愿景.%The 50th Anniversary of International Literacy Day was hold in 2016. For this reason, UNESCO has published a report. The report reviews and reflects the literacy progress in thepast 50 years of 50 countries in the world and prospects the future development of literacy. This paper presents the backgrounds, themes, maincontents and values of the report, summarizes the literacy process in the world and sums up three keytrends that promote literacy in the future:sustainable development goal, lifelong learning, digital society. The report can be a reminder and warns to literacy efforts in China and provides data and case references for literacy work in other countries.Furthermore, it also can be the blueprint for the development of literacy education in the world and creates a good vision for the realization of 2030 education goals.
