Objective To observe the application of mobile medical App health management platform in comprehensive management of type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1 DM). Method From June 2016 to June 2018, 110 patients with T1 DM were randomly divided into experimental group (54 cases) and control group (56 cases). The experimental group used mobile App health management platform for follow-up management, while the control group used traditional outpatient follow-up management model. The differences of diabetes self-management ability and blood sugar control between the two groups were compared. Results After 3 months of follow-up, the frequency of blood sugar monitoring per week, the proportion of patients who exercise more than 150 minutes per week and the proportion of patients who obey the principle of diabetic diet in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05). Fasting blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower than those in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The application of mobile medical App health management platform for follow-up management of T1 DM is conducive to improving the self-management level and blood sugar control of patients with T1 DM.%目的:观察移动医疗App健康管理平台在1型糖尿病 (T1DM) 综合管理中的应用.方法:选取2016年6月～2018年6月在门诊或住院治疗的T1DM患者110例为研究对象, 随机分为试验组 (54例) 和对照组 (56例) .试验组应用手机App健康管理平台进行随访管理, 对照组按传统模式门诊随访管理, 比较两组患者在糖尿病自我管理能力和血糖控制的差异.结果:随访3个月后, 试验组每周血糖监测频率、每周运动时间≥150 min的患者比例、遵从糖尿病饮食原则的患者比例均明显高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P﹤0.05), 空腹血糖、血糖化血红蛋白低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论:应用移动医疗App健康管理平台对T1DM进行随访管理, 有利于提高T1DM患者的自我管理水平, 改善患者的血糖控制.
