Disclosed is a health monitoring method based on a health management platform. The method comprises the steps of: receiving health management information, sent by a detection device, of a current user; acquiring user information, corresponding to the current user, in a user information library according to the health management information; and displaying corresponding health management content on a health drawing library and/or map according to the health management information. Also disclosed is the health management platform. With combination of health management and an intuitive display manner, the health management information for carrying out health management on a user is intuitively displayed through a health chart and geographic location information about the user, thereby improving the health management efficiency; and the intelligentized function of the health management platform can also be exerted, thereby improving the usage experience of the user.
