培菲康联用标准三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌的根除作用

摘要

Objective To investigate the eradication action of bifico combined with standard triple therapy for Helicobacter pylo-ri. Methods 130 cases of chronic gastritis Hp infection patients treated were randomly divided into two groups ,65 cases in each group,the control group was given the standard triple therapy ,on the basis of the standard triple therapy,the observation group given bifico combined, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92. 31‰,the control group was 75. 38‰ ,observation group was significantly higher than the control group ,the difference was significant( P<0. 01);After treatment,Hp eradication rate of the observation group was 89. 23‰,the control group was 70. 77‰,observation group was sig-nificantly higher than the control group,after treatment,complication rate of the observation group was 7. 69‰,the control group was 26. 15‰,observation group was significantly higher than the control group ,the difference was significant( P<0. 01). Conclusion Bifico combined with standard triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori eradication results are obvious ,and with adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application .%目的：探讨培菲康联用标准三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌的根除作用。方法：将130例Hp感染的慢性胃炎患者随机分为两组，每组65例。其中对照组采取标准三联疗法，观察组在标准三联疗法基础上联合应用培菲康，比较两组患者的临床疗效与不良反应。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为92.31‰，对照组为75.38‰，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组；治疗后观察组Hp根除率为89.23‰，对照组为70.77‰，观察组Hp根除率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；治疗后观察组并发症发生率为7.69‰，对照组为26.15‰，观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P<0.01）。结论：培菲康联用标准三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌的根除效果显著，且不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。
