Obejective To evaluate the effect of supplement of probiotics in the treatment of anti-Helicobacter Pylori(Hp). Methods From May 2012 to August 2014,a total of 116 cases of patients with Hp infection who met with the inclusion criteria were randomly allocated to group A and B. Group A(62 cases)was on standard triple Hp eradication therapy(omeprazole,clarithromycin and amoxicillin/metronidazole)for 10 days. Meanwhile Group B(54 cases)was treated with probiotics combined with standard triple Hp eradication therapy. The change of 7 main clinical symptoms as abdominal pain,bloating,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,appetite reduction and skin rashes in two groups were recorded respectively prior to and on the 11th day of the treatment. All patients were asked to take C13 urease breath test four weeks after the therapy to see the results of Hp eradication. Results Among 7 main clinical symptoms,except for vomiting and skin rashes,the occurrence rate of other 5 symptoms were significantly lower(P<0.05)in group A compared to group B. Four weeks follow-up after the therapy showed the eradication rates were significantly higher in group A(84.8%)than in group B(84.8%)(P<0.01),OR value 2.53(95%CI,1.51~4.12).Conclusions Administration of probiotics in standard triple therapy can effectively improve Helicobacter pylori eradication rates,ameliorate clinical symptoms and reduce adverse drug reactions.%目的：探讨联合应用培菲康在根除幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取2012年5月至2014年8月期间诊治的Hp感染患者，将符合纳入标准者（116例）随机分为A、B两组。A组（62例）为标准三联组，给予奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林/甲硝唑三联疗法10d疗程。B组（54例）为联合培菲康组，在A组基础上加用培菲康。分别记录两组治疗前和治疗第11天有无腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、胃纳减少、皮疹等7个主要临床指标变化情况。所有病例在治疗结束后4周统一行13C尿素呼气试验并记录Hp根除情况。结果两组7个主要临床观察指标中，除呕吐和皮疹2个指标发生率差异不显著（P>0.05），其余5个指标B组中发生率明显低于A组（P均<0.05）。治疗结束后4周B组中Hp根除率为84.8%，明显高于A组的68.7%（P<0.01），OR值2.53（95%CI，1.51~4.12）。结论联合应用培菲康能有效提高标准三联疗法Hp根除率，改善临床症状和减少药物不良反应。
