从'脾不主时'理论出发用'四君子汤'治疗脾虚动物模型的实验研究

         

摘要

Objective We have learned from The Canon of Internal Medicine that "spleen plays a role in all seasons"and "spleen irrigates perimeter which locate in the center". Based the theory of five internal organs playing a role at four seasons, we designed an experimental study on treating the animal model of spleen deficiency using "Sijunzi decoction" at the end of eighteen days in each season. Methods We established a spleen deficiency model using the drugs of Zhishi, Houpo and Dahuang which consume the upright of body. We treated the rats by"decoction of four mild drugs" at the end of eighteen days in each season and observed the general state of rats. We used the tail dangling pull resistance test measured the strength in spleen deficiency rat, biochemical methods contented serum D-xylose, immune method determine the percentage of peripheral blood T lymphocytes immune function. Results Compared with the untreated group, the body weight of decoction of four mild drugs treatment group was significantly increased. The time of the tail dangling pull resistance test of treatment group was significantly longer. The serum D-xylose of treatment group was significantly decreased. The percentage of peripheral blood T lymphocytes immune function of treatment group was significantly increased. Conclusion After treating by decoction of four mild drugs at the end of eighteen days of each seasons, the model of spleen deficiency can significantly improve the state of spleen.%目的 从《内经》"脾不主时"与"脾土居中央灌溉四旁"的理论出发,在四时主五脏的基础上利用动物实验于四季的每个季节最后1个月的后18 d给予脾虚动物模型四君子汤治疗的可行性.方法 采用耗气破气药物枳实、厚朴、大黄建立脾虚模型,分别于四季后18 d以及长夏季节给予模型大鼠灌胃四君子汤治疗,观察模型大鼠一般状态,悬空拉尾抵抗力试验测定脾虚大鼠肌力;用生物化学方法测定血清D-木糖含量;免疫行方法对模型大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞百分率测定大鼠免疫功能.结果 四君子汤四时给药组治疗后模型大鼠体质量明显增加,大鼠悬空拉尾时间延长,明显降低血清D-木糖含量,外周血T淋巴细胞百分率增加明显.结论 脾虚动物模型通过四时后18 d给予四君子汤治疗,能明显改善模型大鼠脾虚状态.
