回采巷道离层破碎型顶板失稳机理与控制实践

         

摘要

Mining roadway of abscission layer broken type has small thickness ,low intensity and joints fissures development of a higher level ,the roof abscission and leakage has been happened with the external disturbances . Instability mechanism of abscission layer broken type roof has been provided with field observation and theoreti‐cal analysis ,and roof fal of roadwayl can be divided into loose ,extrusion and shove collapse type .Bearing struc‐ture of abscission layer broken type roof has been provided and mechanical analysis of stability has been proceed . According to the instability mechanism and mechanical structure of abscission layer broken type roof ,the high pre-tightening force of roof bolting has been given .3307 mining face of Jing feng mine roadway has been re‐searched ,roadway roof abscission layer broken type has been controled effective with the support scheme and im‐plement ,the study guide the abscission layer type broken roof control has a certain reference significance .%回采巷道离层破碎型顶板因具有层厚小、强度低和节理裂隙发育程度高等特点,在受到外力扰动作用下易出现顶板离层和顶板冒漏。以现场观测和理论分析给出了离层破碎型顶板失稳机理,并将该类巷道冒顶形式划分为脱松型、挤压型和推垮型三种;给出了离层破碎型顶板承载结构,并进行了稳定性力学分析;根据离层破碎型顶板的失稳机理和力学结构分析给出了适应于该类顶板的高预紧力支护方式。以靖丰矿3307工作面回采巷道为研究对象,通过支护方案的确定和实施,有效地控制了该巷道离层破碎型顶板,该研究对于指导离层破碎型顶板控制具有一定的借鉴意义。
