Objective]The aim was to explore a method for simultaneous effi-ciently and accurately detecting acephate and methamidophos in vegetables. [Method] The method for simultaneous efficiently and accurately detecting acephate and methamidophos in vegeta-bles was found, by controlling and opti-mizing concentrate temperature of nitro-gen blow, inlet conditions, temperature program and others, and using blank ma-trixmatched standard solution method. [Result] The limit of method for detecting acephate and methamidophos in vegeta-bles was 0.007-0.010 mg/L, with the re-covery of 83.9% -102.5%,and the rela-tive standard deviation of 2.4%-4.3% . [Conclusion ] The method for detecting acephate and methamidophos in vegeta-bles was efficient and accurate, so it could be used in practice .%[目的]探讨一套能够高效、准确同时检测蔬菜中乙酰甲胺磷和甲胺磷的方法。[方法]通过对氮吹浓缩温度、进样口条件、升温程序等方面进行控制和优化,并采用空白基质匹配标准溶液的方法,建立能够高效、准确同时检测蔬菜中乙酰甲胺磷和甲胺磷的方法。[结果]所建立的方法检测蔬菜中乙酰甲胺磷和甲胺磷含量,检出限为0.007~0.010 mg/L;方法的回收率为83.9%~102.5%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~4.3%。[结论]建立的蔬菜中乙酰甲胺磷和甲胺磷检测方法高效、准确,可用于实践。
