不同年资护士心理健康与压力源分析

         

摘要

Objective To analyze the mental health problem and job stress in the nurses having different working years. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted using Self-related Health Scale(SLC-90),Nurses' Job Stress Scale and Coping Strategies Scale in 90 nursesCgroup H) with working time ≥5 years and 92 nurses(group L) with working time <5 years. Results The nursing speciality and clinical nursing were the main sources of job stress, which were bigger in nurses of group H than those in those of group L. The percentage of nurses with mental health problem was higher in group H than that in group L[59. 7% (40/67) vs. 40. 3%(27/67)](P<0. 05). Conclusion The managers in nursing should take the specific measures to reduce job stress of the nurses with different working years.%目的 分析不同年资护士的心理健康与压力源.方法 采用症状自评量表SCL-90、护士工作压力源量表和应对方式量表,分别对90名工作≥5年(高年资组)和92名工作<5年(低年资组)护士的心理健康和压力源进行了调查分析.结果 高、低年资组护士的主要压力源都来自护理专业及工作方面,而高年资护士在此方面的压力又高于低年资护士.高年资护士心理健康问题的高症状者比例明显高于低年资护士[59.7%(40/67) vs.40.3%(27/67)](P<0.05).结论 对不同年资护士,护理管理者应采取针对性的措施,减轻护士压力.
