医疗质量管理作为医院管理领域备受热议的话题,今涉猎者甚多,相关话题学者们见仁见智.针对当前该领域实证性研究严重缺失的现状,作者通陈弊病,从对立的层面作出了相应的思考,并引例论证了自己的观点,希望对读者有所启示.%Medical service quality management in the field of hospital management as a whole, has become a hot topic among people recently, and opinions vary with different authors. However, there is little research assessing the effectiveness of each quality management strategy on the basis of evidence. By reviewing abundant research literature and pondering the problems in this field, the authors elaborate their own views in the hope to share some ideas with the readers.
