论美国东亚经济一体化战略的调整与日本的战略响应

摘要

美国的东亚经济一体化战略经历了有限支持、局外搅局和局内控制等几个次大的调整，而加入TPP是美国深度介入东亚经济一体化进程的战略大转轨。这一战略大转轨的目的就是诱使相关国家牢牢地捆绑在美国的“重返亚洲战略”的战车之上，迟滞东亚经济一体化快速发展的势头，巩固和扩大其在东亚的战略利益。日本作为东亚的主要国家之一，在东亚经济一体化发展中占据重要的地位，也曾提出自身的一体化战略。但是日本作为美国的同盟国，其战略主要是与美国相符合的。美国东亚经济一体化战略大转轨给我国的和平崛起带来了严峻的影响，必须采取有效的对策予以积极地应对。%The United States strategy of East-Asia economic integration has experienced some adjustments which are limit support,external mix and internal control. Joining in the TPP is the United States strategy big shunt of get involving the East-Asia economic integration deeply,whose aim is leading the related-countries tie the Return-Asia-Strategy of the United States,delaying the process of the East-Asia economic integration,consolidating and raising its interest in the East-Asia. The strategy big shunt of the United States will bring seriously influence on China’s Peace-Rising;China should take effective countermeasures to answer it.
