目的 了解糖尿病(DM)患者入院原因及其与相关因素的关系,为我区DM的防治提供资料.方法 利用广东省医院统计病案管理系统调阅所有住院DM患者病历,填写统一的调查表,对入院原因及相关因素进行统计分析.结果 我院2003-2007年间共收治DM患者1128人次,统计分析显示,DM患者的前三位入院原因分别为:DM慢性并发症(占29.61%)、感染(占25.98%)、DM血管病变(占22.61%);因DM高血糖症群及DM急性并发症入院的也不少.结论 DM慢性并发症已经成为我区住院DM患者的首要入院原因.%Objective To determine the relationship between admission causes of diabetic patients and relevant factors from 2003 to 2007. Methods The medical records of hospitalized patient with diabetes patients from January 2003 to 2007 were investigated. A questionnaire was completed for statistical analysis. Results statistical analysis revealed that the top three causes of admitted diabetes were diabetic chronic complications (29.61%),infection (25.98%) and diabetic vascular disease (22.61%). Besides, many patients with hyperglycemic symptoms and diabetic acute complications were admitted. Conclusion The main cause of admission to our hospital for diabetic patients from 2003 to 2007 was diabetic chronic complications.
