Objective To establish a method for determining the content of Weigan creams and to predict the expiration date of the creams stored at room temperature. Methods K ratio spectrophotometry was used to measure the content of vitamin E, so was Q10 method to predict the expiration date of Weigan creams Results Vitamin E at concentrations of 71.5 to 135.8 μg/ml has a better linear relationship with the standard curve. The average rate of reclaimable vitamin E was 96.9%, with RSD of 0.56%. The expiration date (t0.9) of the Weigan creams stored at 25℃ was 16.8 months. Conclusions The method is simple and rapid, with accurate and reliable results. It can be used in the quality control of Weigan creams.%目的 制定维甘乳膏的含量测定方法并预测室温存放的有效期.方法 采用系数倍率法测定维生素E的含量,并以Q10法预测维甘乳膏的有效期.结果 维生素E浓度在71.5~135.8μg/ml范围内与△A线性关系良好,维生素E平均同收率为96.9%,RSD=0.56%.维甘乳膏在室温25%下的有效期(t0.9)为16.8个月.结论该法操作简便,省时,结果准确可靠,可用于该乳膏的质量控制.
