Tei指数评价高血压患者左心功能的研究

摘要

目的 阐述Tei指数对高血压患者左心功能的价值.方法 对2009年我院住院的64例原发性高血压患者与68例非高血压对照组患者进行E/A比值、EF值及Tei指数的比较.结果 观察组的E/A比值显著低于对照组(t=3.30,P=0.001),EF值比较差异无显著性(t=1.86,P=0.067),Tei指数显著高于对照组(t=8.69,P＜0.001).结论 Tei指数能够灵敏的发现心功能的改变,是评价高血压患者左室功能的有效指标.%Objective To demonstrate the value of Tei index in hypertensive patients with left ventricular function. Methods To compare E/A ratio, EF value and Tei index of 64 essential hypertension patients and 68 non-hypertensive patients. Results E/A ratio of observation group was significantly lower than the control group (t=3.30, P=0.001), EF value was no difference (t=1.86, P=0.067), Tei index was significantly higher(t=8.69, P＜0.001). Conclusion Tei index can early and sensitively find changes of cardiac changes, which is an effective indicator of left ventricular function for hypertensive patients.
