健康教育对社区糖尿病患者的干预效果观察

Objective To study the effect of health education intervention to diabetes patients in the community.Methods Eighty patients suffering from diabetes mellitus (DM) over one year registered in our community healthy care center were randomly divided into two groups,intervention group and control group.We observed the effects between two groups on patients' compliance behavior and the control effect of blood sugar level in a year.Results The intervention group reported better situation of blood sugar than control group (P ＜ 0.01),with higher patient compliance and acceptance of health care than control group (P ＜ 0.05),and meanwhile it explicitly reduced the rate of hospitalization and diabetes complications (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Health education intervention is necessary to help DM patients improve their quality of life.%目的 探讨健康教育对社区糖尿病患者的效果.方法 随机选取本社区健康服务中心管理在册的有糖尿病病史一年以上的患者80例,分为干预组及对照组.观察一年内2组患者的遵医行为、血糖水平的控制效果.结果 干预组的血糖水平控制良好(P＜0.01),对糖尿病知识的认知程度、遵医行为明显优于对照组(P＜0.05),同时明显降低了再次住院率及并发症的发生(P＜0.05).结论 健康教育对提高糖尿病的生活质量具有重要意义.
