组织工程骨血管化的研究进展

摘要

The researches of bone tissue engineering provide new thoughts and methods to repair mass bone defect. So far the main question of restricting the research of bone tissue engineering is the process of osteogenesis by osteoblast hyperplasia migration and the contradiction of its blood-supply. So neovascularization plays a significant role in bone repair. This article reviews the advancements of the neevascularization of bone tissue engineering. Then raise the problems to solve and the prospect of future research.%组织工程骨的研究为解决大块骨组织缺损修复提供了新思路和新方法,目前制约组织工程骨研究进展的主要问题之一是成骨细胞的增生迁移成骨过程与其血液营养供给的矛盾,因此血管化在骨再生过程中起重要作用.本文就血管化组织工程骨的最新进展进行综述,提出了目前尚需解决的问题和对未来研究的展望.
