Objective To compare the expression of serum miR-100 in patients with esophageal cancer and healthy person ,and explore the value of miR-100 in diagnosis for esophageal cancer .Methods Real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reac-tion was used to detecting miR-100 in 40 esophageal cancer patients(study group) and 50 healthy person(control group) .Results The expression of miR-100 in the study group and control group were 6 .399 ± 3 .541 ,2 .625 ± 1 .515 respective ,the expression in the study group was significant higher than that of the control group(t= 9 .07 ,P< 0 .05) .The under area of receiver operating char-acteristic curve of miR-100 in diagnosis for esophageal cancer was 0 .832(95% confidence interval was 0 .731 - 0 .934) ,when the Cut off value was 5 .285 ,the sensitivity and specificity of miR-100 in diagnosis for esophageal cancer were 65% and 95% . Conclusion Serum miR-100 in esophageal cancer patients is higher than that in healthy person ,which might be a new molecular markers in diagnosis for esophageal caner .%目的：检测食管癌患者与健康人血清中 miR-100的表达量差异，并探讨其作为食管癌分子诊断指标的可能性。方法采用实时荧光定量 PCR 方法，检测40例食管癌患者（研究组）和50例体检健康者（对照组）血清中 miR-100的表达量，并进行统计学分析。结果研究组及对照组血清中 miR-100的表达量分别为6．399±3．541、2．625±1．515，研究组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t＝9．07，P＜0．05）。用于食管癌患者诊断的 miR-100的 ROC 曲线下面积为0．832（95％置信区间为0．731～0．934），当 Cut off 值为5．285时，miR-100诊断食管癌的灵敏度和特异度分别为65％和95％。结论食管癌患者血清中 miR-100表达较健康人高，有望成为该疾病辅助诊断的新分子标志物。
