靶向白细胞介素6及其相关分子的治疗机制

Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is a multifunctional cytokine,which involves in immune responses,hemopoiesis,acute phase reaction,and regulation of bone metabolism.IL-6 receptors are necessary for exerting function of IL-6.More and more researches show that IL-6 overexpression is closely associated with many diseases.Therefore,development of drugs targeted IL-6 has become the main focus of attention.In this paper,structure of the IL-6 and its receptors,functions of IL-6,relationship between IL-6 and diseases and current research of drugs targeted IL-6 are reviewed.%白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)是多效性细胞因子,参与机体的免疫反应、血细胞生成、急性期反应、骨代谢调节等.IL-6功能的行使需要IL-6受体的参与.越来越多的研究证明,IL-6的超表达与多种疾病的发生密切相关.所以,靶向IL-6药物的研发成为人们关注的焦点.此文就IL-6及其受体的结构、IL-6的相关功能、IL-6与疾病的关系及靶向IL-6药物的研究现状作简要综述.
