基于DeviceNet技术的绝对值编码器参数设置解决方案设计

         

摘要

This paper introduced technical characteristics of DeviceNet fieldbus and Hengstler absolute encoder which applied in nuclear fuel transferring system at nuclear power plant. The design of absolute shaft encoder parameters setting solution based on DeviceNet technology was proposed against of which was complex and easy to make mistake in the past. It is proved by project practice that the solution is maximally satisfied of the commissioning engineers and field operators of the functional requirements of absolute shaft encoder parameters setting,and it is also easy to operate and strongly reliable.%介绍了DeviceNet现场总线的技术特点以及Hengstler绝对值编码器在核电站核燃料转运装置系统中的应用,针对以往编码器参数设置方法繁琐且易出错的缺陷,提出一种基于DeviceNet技术的绝对值编码器参数设置设计方案.通过工程样机实践证明:该设计方案最大限度的满足调试工程师以及现场操作员对绝对值编码器参数设置的功能要求,且具有操作简单方便、可靠性强等特点.
