针对半导体激光器冷却系统体积大、温控精度不高的缺点,采用ARM微处理器配合集成数字温度传感器、半导体制冷器和液晶显示器等设计一个半导体激光器的温度控制系统,建立系统的数学模型,并对其控制算法进行深入研究.同时使用MATIab进行仿真,并进行定性定量的分析比较,提出在ARM芯片中使用模糊PID-Smith算法的温控方案,以提高所设计的温度控制系统的控制精度和稳定性.%Diode laser(LD) has the characteristics of large volume,and low precision of temperature control.This paper designed a kind of temperature control system to the LD based on ARM processor,integrated digital temperature sensor and semiconductor refrigeration device and LCD.It adopted the theory of temperature control system,and established mathematics model,and studied the core control algorithm in detail.The MATLAB simulation was used to the system,and making qualitative and quantitative analysis to the results.It presented the ARM control used fuzzy PID-Smith algorithm,in order to improve the design of temperature control accuracy and stability of this system.
