国外科技类基金会的运作经验及启示

摘要

In today's world,the foundation has become an important force to promote social construction and development. According to the general definition and contents of the foundation,after defining the meaning and connotation of science and technology foundation and its main characteristics,this paper focused on the analysis of the main characteristics and basic experience of foreign foundation operation, and the enlightenment on the development of science and technology foundation in China.%当今世界，基金会组织已成为推进社会建设和发展的重要力量。本文根据基金会的一般定义和内容，在界定科技基金会的概念内涵和主要特征后，重点分析了国外基金会运作的主要特点、基本经验及对我国发展科技基金会的启示。
